Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! We offer 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day express shipping via FedEx. Express shipping charges are based on location and will be calculated during the checkout process.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

We understand that changes happen. Please contact us at info@resiliencecbd.com to change, cancel, or update an order. If your product was purchased through a Resilience distributor or retailer, you will need to go through your original purchase location for any return or exchange.

How long until I receive my order?

Standard shipping orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and should arrive to the shipping address within 3 to 8 days. All orders placed on Friday after 5pm MST or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

I am having trouble logging into my Resilience account?

If you are attempting to login to your account and are receiving an error notification, it either means your account does not yet exist or your password is incorrect. To fix the issue, first try selecting “Password Reset”, which will send an automated email containing your new, temporary password to the associated email. If you do not receive an email, check your junk or spam folder. If the email is not located, it is possible that you have not created an account and can now do so via the website.

Why is there a foreign transaction fee?

At present, U.S. banks and credit card companies will not work with companies offering CBD products, therefore, we use a credit card processor based in England: NAME.  We have great trust in this company and hope that you will, too.

 

Depending on your personal bank, some institutions will charge a small international transaction fee to complete the payment.
